These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of offerpigeon.com (the "Site"), operated by Offer Pigeon ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Offer Pigeon is a directory that lists restaurant deals, discounts, and offers in Sri Lanka. Offers are gathered from public sources and from submissions by restaurants and members of the public. We are not affiliated with the restaurants, banks, or credit card issuers whose offers are listed unless stated otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and up to date, but offer details (prices, dates, availability, terms and conditions) are set by the restaurants and card issuers themselves and can change without notice. We do not guarantee that any offer shown on the Site is currently valid. Always confirm an offer's terms directly with the restaurant or issuer before relying on it.
When you submit an offer or restaurant using the Site's forms, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, edit, and publish that content on the Site.
We review submissions before they are published and may edit, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion, including content that is false, misleading, spam, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights.

The Site may reference or link to third-party restaurants, banks, or services. We are not responsible for the products, services, actions, or content of these third parties, and any transaction you enter into with them is solely between you and them.
The Offer Pigeon name, logo, and Site design are owned by us. Restaurant names, logos, and offer images remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any offer listed is accurate, complete, or currently available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Offer Pigeon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information found on the Site, including expired or inaccurate offers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.
